  1. Hi Kayla

    Overall Score: 19/20

Great overall planning. You have communicated a clear Vision of where you are heading and how you intend to do that.

Your part of the research is well-done.

It would be good to have you thinking about location in terms of setting, like was mentioned last year, as another character. Thinking not just about practicalities but significance of a home, (you did this with the cemetery to an extent), a dark night etc. Having that extra layer of breaking down the meaning in every decision just adds another layer of depth and shows deeper understanding for your choices.

I love the idea for your video and I think there's a lot you can do in terms of representation (age / gender) and looking at broader contexts.

For now, I would focus in on getting a real rhythm for each of the elements of your narrative so they have a coherence in each of the different film apsects (main character as an older girl / the child scenes at the house, etc). Make them all really different but with a distinguishable style as you need some coherency (something to bring it all together) so all the different aspects don't feel disjointed.

Please label each post as it gets a bit tricky to find the bits that belong together. Making all your planning under 1 post / heading would have been more helpful.

Looks good to me though :)

A few tips for next time:
    - try to keep work easy to follow with well-labelled blog tools so it isn't all over the place with lots of text and lots to read through (bullet points on blog tools / lots of imagery etc)
    - Brainstorm & Moodboard are missing from your page. This needs to go up please
    - Need to keep including other music videos that are your 'inspiration' for your creative choices. Especially in planning phase.
